Description Pilot operated regulators are used when sensitive, accurate control is required.  The Series D pilot operated product line includes main valves and pilot valves.  We offer a variety of pilots to control downstream pressure, upstream pressure, temperature, and on/off operation.  Additionally, these pilots can be ganged together to provide multiple functions such as process temperature control and over-pressure control.  Up to three pilots can be ganged to a single main valve body. Series DP The DP is the D-Series Regulator with a corresponding spring controlled pressure pilot.  It is used in steam pressure reducing applications requiring close accuracy with low to high capacity requirements.  With a maximum inlet pressure of 250 psig, it controls downstream pressure between 3 and 200 psig using three color coded spring ranges.  Also available is the P5 pilot capable of controlling pressure to within 1/2 psig.
